At Camera Culture, customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We sell excellent products and we hope they are everything you expect them to be. However, if you do need to return an item that's fine with us too. Please bring it back within 7 days for a refund or up to 30 days for an exchange or store credit.

All Items must be in their original box and in new condition, including all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and any accessories that were sold with them. Late or damaged returns will be considered, but a minimum 20% restocking fee would be incurred if approved.

PRE-OWNED AND USED ITEMS

In addition to the return policy, these purchases are covered by a 90-day store warranty. In the rare event of a defect or malfunction, we will repair the item at no charge or replace it with an equal or greater product at no additional charge.

ONLINE AND MAIL ORDERS

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees for returns that were not purchased in-store. Please provide a tracking number by email or phone if you are shipping a return. The Photo Center is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Defective items may be replaced within 30 days of purchase.  Replacement of a product will be at the discretion of Camera Culture. Defects beyond 30 days will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
